The Indian Competition and Anti – Trust Blog is a blog on competition and anti – trust laws in India and abroad. The purpose of this blog is to build up a robust discussion on competition law in India, and its relation with the laws of foreign jurisdictions. Guest posts are welcome and though the blog shall be primarily focused with competition law in India, The European Union, and the United States, posts related to other competition law jurisdictions are also encouraged.
Sudipto Sircar is a practicing Advocate and Arbitration Counsel based in Delhi. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi as well as various Courts and Tribunals in Delhi and across the Country. His primary areas of practice are Civil and Commercial Law in all its facets, with special emphasis on Arbitration, Competition Law, Environmental Law and Technology, Media, Telecommunications (T.M.T.) Law.
He also acts as a Legal Adviser and Consultant to a number of organisations and start-ups, particularly in the Telecommunications, Content Marketing and Augmented Reality arena, and his work includes drafting and vetting agreements, IPR filing and protection, conducting due diligence and general legal compliance.
His interests outside of law include Philately, Economics and Finance, International Affairs and playing the Bass Guitar.
